The Canon EF 24mm f/2.8 (original, non-IS) was one of the original EF-mount lenses released in 1988. Arc-form drive autofocus — not USM. At 270g and 58mm filter thread it is lightweight. Ten elements in 10 groups. Six straight aperture blades produce hexagonal out-of-focus highlights. 0.25m MFD.
