Sigma's older full-frame superzoom — 28-300mm with macro at variable aperture, a pre-OS all-in-one.

The Sigma 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 DG Macro was released approximately 2002 as a full-frame all-in-one zoom for Canon EF-mount. Fifteen elements in 13 groups including SLD and aspherical elements. Eight aperture blades. 62mm filter thread. At 490g. 0.50m MFD throughout the zoom range. 1:3 macro capability.
