The Sirui 24mm f/2.8 1.33x Anamorphic was released in 2020 as an APS-C anamorphic prime for Sony E-mount, producing a 1.33× horizontal squeeze for approximately 2.4:1 aspect ratio output when de-squeezed from a 16:9 sensor. Thirteen elements in 10 groups (Schott optical glass). Eight aperture blades. 72mm filter thread. At 780g. 0.60m MFD.

At 780g the lens is substantial for an APS-C prime. Minimum focus distance of 0.60m. 1.33× anamorphic squeeze — de-squeezed output produces approximately 2.39:1 (2.4:1) on a 16:9 APS-C sensor. f/2.8 maximum aperture. APS-C image circle. Sony E-mount.

The 1.33× squeeze provides cinematic scope (2.4:1) output from standard APS-C sensor bodies without the extreme MFD constraints of higher-squeeze anamorphics: 2× squeeze lenses often require diopters for normal close-focus work, while 1.33× maintains practical working distances. The characteristic oval bokeh and horizontal lens flares are present but less extreme than 2× squeeze designs.
