The Sony Mavica MVC-FD90 was a fixed-lens digital compact in Sony's Mavica line, released in 2000. It continued the series' defining feature of recording images to standard 3.5-inch floppy disks, while adding compatibility with Sony's Memory Stick through an optional floppy-slot adapter. That dual-media approach let owners keep the familiar floppy workflow but move to flash cards for greater capacity.

It was a fixed-lens compact recording stills at up to 1280x960 pixels, a resolution in the 1.3-megapixel class. The lens provided an 8x optical zoom. Primary storage was on 1.44MB 3.5-inch floppy disks, with Memory Stick support available via an optional adapter that fitted the floppy drive.
